Vibrant, awesomely healthful kale! Packed with antioxidants (see more details below). We take care to add lots of trace minerals to our leafy greens beds including lots of kelp and stone meal, as well as microrhyzzal fungi, to grow the most nutrient-dense greens we can.
We harvest your greens the same day you order, usually within 3 hours or less of picking up, so they're the freshest you can get anywhere except your own garden:)
