Pure Raw Wildflower Honey

Our honeybees forage from a wide variety of flowering trees and wildflowers on our organically managed farm for nectar to make their honey. It has a delicious, deep flavor unique to this location.

Our honey is raw (unpasteurized) which preserves all the enzymes and nutrients in their natural and beneficial state. Honey is inherently anti-bacterial so it's shelf-stable and non-perishable, but when it hasn’t been heated it begins to crystallize over time (especially in cold weather!) which is a natural change in its structure from liquid to solid. If you’d like to return your honey to liquid state, place the bottle in a pot of hot water (between 95-110 degrees preserves raw quality) and stir occasionally.  You can always contact us if you have any questions:)

Lovely local honey makes a delightful and appreciated gift for fall and winter holidays or any occasion!

We offer 3 types of jars:

~16. oz classic 'Queenline' jars, $20

~20 oz. Ball Mason jars, $25   *SOLD OUT FOR 2024*

~17 oz. old-fashioned 'Muth' jars, $24, with an embossed skep/beehive image and "ONE POUND PURE HONEY", which make a beautiful gift. They are replicas of the  square honey jars used by Charles Muth, one of the largest honey sellers in the 1800s. We top off these jars with an extra ounce of honey so they're actually 17oz. rather than 16 oz:) These keepsake jars can be refilled with honey over and over.

***If/when it's possible and convenient to return your jars to the farm we'd love to reuse them!***

We can ship honey anywhere in the US.
